Nice, Friendly staff and doctors. Wait time was URGENT CARE In North hollywood it was expected and I didn't mind waiting. You get a free follow-up appointment within the week if your still not feeling well.

I had 13 stitches removed by a man who did NOT put gloves on even during this covid pandemic. They did not have scissors small enough to properly remove my stitches, lots of poking around was involved which hurt.....and had his assistant use a cell phone flashlight to see better. His hands were EXTREMELY shaky which did not put me at ease, and attempted to rip out two stitches with tweezers without realizing he hadn’t cut them enough yet. MEH.

Wonderful practice, the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional, especially Ms. Gohar and Ms. Nona- the receptionists. Warm and pleasant environment. A very safe and easy way to get tested for Covid. The results came the next day as promised! All perfectly. Highly recommend!

So I try to get a Covid test called my insurance they sent me here and when I get there they try to shake me down for 100 saying that they don’t do insurance test until 3 to 5 and then it takes 5 to 6 days to get their results

Saw a wonderful provider here who really listened and took time to explain things to me. P A . Mooney is old school and has been practicing many years it seems . She definitely knows her stuff! She's caring and professional in a way that lets you know you are in good hands. Definitely a Godsend!
