This is a great facility with caring professionals. I have been coming here for over ten years. Recently their system was hacked and I'll admit it has been a challenge to get through but I'm confident they will sort out the problem and be back online shortly. I appreciate them. Use the patient portal and check back often.

I've been coming here for my optometry appointments and they've been really helpful and respectful. They call me a day or 2 before my appointments to remind me, and they call me when my glasses are ready for pickup. So far, I have no complaints.

I used to love coming here, but now I hate it. I'm definitely changing doctors. Please do not come here. If you want to be treated fairly and with respect as a person I suggest going else where. So disappointed.

They actively work against you instead of for you. Terrible organization with incompetent workers. We had 3 appointments before they were able to properly receive a fax from a specialist we had seen. They told us they would call us back 20 times over the course of multiple appointments and never did. We always have to follow up with them because they don't follow through with any action after they tell you they'll do something.
