I wish I could give zero stars!!! I called yesterday about parts for a door. I will admit, I was a little lost as to what I needed, but I knew enough to explain. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced someone being THAT rude to me. She was very impatient with me and just plain out rude. She rushed me off the phone and was supposed to email the parts I needed. I never got an email, I’m assuming it’s because she wasn’t listening in the first place. I wouldn’t buy a 2 hinge from this place!! I gladly took my 500 elsewhere.

I placed an order in December for a new door handle on DECEMBER 21st, 2020. I waited. No email \Your shipment is on it's way.\ No email asking for additional info. No email saying there was any problem with my order. So I waited and waited. Finally today, on Feb. 5th, I searched their website and found their phone number and called them. The employee I spoke with said he could see my order along with the photo he sent. He wanted to check and see what the issue was. He said the sales woman who took my order \wasn't available.\ I asked if he could request a 10% discount on my order, due to my 6 week inconvenience (with no communication whatsoever from them) and he said that wouldn't be possible. Sorry I wasted my time waiting for this product. I told them I couldn't trust that they would actually deliver the 100 door handle. So I will be looking elsewhere. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
