If I’m telling you exactly what I need , exactly the measurements , and the color , I shouldn’t have to drive my customers vehicle to you for a quote. We have email and camera phones these days. Sadly I have to look elsewhere, as I can’t put miles on my customers vehicles on speculation of doing business with you.

The front seats of my Acura MDX had gotten pretty rough looking over the years. NKC Auto Trim did a fantastic job of matching the original factory leather and the work was really good. The only disappointment I had was that I didn't do more! They did the job on time at a fair price. You really could not ask for more.
Just wanted a estimate on a small rip in my seat and needed to take it in even though everyone has a smartphone with a camera. Seems like it would just be easier say send some pictures instead of making me have to find time to swing by. Wish i had the luxury of not having to fight for every client. Just getting tired of being inconvenienced when im trying to spend my money.
Quality work. Nice people. A family owned business. And, I dare say very honest prices!
