Been here for 2 hours. I have had a couple of covid symptoms but was told to come by my surgeon to have my incision in the back checked out for infection. Serious pain. But I guess now I'm a covid patient so I sit in a frezzing cold hallway. Asked nicely for a blanket and you'd have thought I asked for money. I need to edit that the actual hospital was great when I had my surgery. This is no reflection on them at all.

Absolutely horrible standards for medical care! I waited in the ER puking blood for over two hours, then they moved me to a different part of the waiting room because it was “unpleasant to other people in the waiting room” instead of taking me back for fluids and medicine. This is only the beginning of the terrible standards of medical care that I received in this ER. The hospital is pretty good overall, but the ER is filled with doctors who are not up-to-date with modern medicine and have terrible bedside manner. The ER doctor didn’t approve giving me my prescription medicine for whatever reason, so I was forced to go without it for 24hrs leading to withdrawal symptoms and a longer stay in the hospital to deal with this new issue caused by the ER doctor.

I understand the Covid 19 issues, I work for a government agency for haven's sake, BUT....my sister-in-law brought my husband in to the ER at his doctor's recommendation. I came after work....I am his wife...I will be taking him home...and I would assume that they MIGHT need to talk to me. But...he can only have \one visitor per day\....he's in the ER, not a hospital room!!!!!!

This place is a joke. I came in here with chest pains and problems breathing. Let them know my whole left said has been in pain since yesterday and that previously I've had an infection around my heart with these same symptoms. I have been sitting here in the waiting room for hours. And still waiting. If your ekg is normal than heart, chest, and breathing problems are not an emergency to them. I told them from experience that my issue is not going to show up on an ekg. There are also people in here that have been waiting longer than I have. This is a Monday afternoon/morning where people are waiting for hours and in pain and not being seen. And if any of this has to do with covid then they should have a separate area/wing.

Honestly my son went to the ER on 8-12-2020. Arrived at 3:45 and was not in to see anyone and it’s now 9:15. He is in dire pain. Pain is a 10....that’s TEN....meaning BAD...WHY would your hospital allow such a thing. I told him to call an ambulance and get him taken to another hospital. Are you kidding me? I’m calling whoever I can, at the top, tomorrow and I won’t stop with my complaint until this wrong is made right. How dare you? Janet Simpson
