Attention, this company likes to doble or triple broker the loads they ship out!!! So if you are a truck driver picking up from here, make sure you pick up early in the morning and you get there first because you might end up like I did, 1pm, with no load, and nothing left on the board, than you have to cancel all your loads for the rest of the week if you can, if not suck it up, loose a few tausand bucks and move on. All that so the owner can save 100 - 200 bucks and broker their load for cheaper! Good Luck!
After many years and working in this industry for years I have yet to meet such as an individual Rude and difficult ( Danielle armstrong) as her. Once you correct the issue we have I'll be happy to update our review on your company, until then my opinion and review would be stay away. I would say \unprofessional from start to finish
The bottom line is, the men and women of VC999 will work hard to ensure not only the immediate satisfaction of all your packaging needs, they can be expected to maintain an excellent customer relationship while they're at it. To those looking for a career, I would recommend you show up prepared to be engaged by work you can take pride in; there are perhaps few other companies that can provide the same opportunity in return for your time and interest.
Not a bad machine while it works, if something goes wrong, good luck getting it fixed. In my personal opinion, don’t waste your money, they just throw parts at unknown problems and expect you to pay for never fixing the problem.
