I had a great time here! The new owner and his employees are VERY knowledgeable and all of my questions were answered with detail.. Great selection of hunting/fishing items in stock, everything i needed all in one place

Not very good of an experience. I can deal with the horrendously over priced stuff. As well, I can handle A place that’s busy. None the less, the service was awe full. I brought a bow I’m for warranty work, the owner claimed it should be back within a month. After 2 months I checked back, it was not. Month 3 I did the same. It was there/he claimed to have repaired it. However, The defective portion was not repaired. He then claimed it was the other portion that was defective at which he repaired, and said that I should send it out again. In turn, buy another bow in the interim, which I did not. After taking my bow back, I returned a week later to purchase some arrows to practice with. He said put the bow on the counter and he’ll look for a suitable set of arrows, and encouraged me to browse. After a half hour of browsing, he was still playing and talking on his phone, Eating, vaping outdoors and well doing nothing pertaining to my request. Long story short he waisted an enormous amount of time. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I recommend Tim at Cranston gun and coin who was completely diligent with all of my requests afterwards. As a result, entirely opposite from the owner of Fin and Feather in east Greenwich.

Not sure what to say. Looked on line “ open till 6 “. Called them twice “ on the other line “. Showed up with cash in hand. Not open! No hours listed! No clue! I have no doubt that the proprietor will readily lament the negative impact that the “ box stores” and “ amazon “ is having on the “ little guys “. Well, those guys are open and willing to do business. It does not require a genius level of intelligence to change the phone message to announce the new hours, just caring.

The website says they're open go all the way there closed under New Management supposedly it's going to open soon you call the number it goes straight to a cell phone voicemail and they wonder why big box stores are winning the hunting race

Store wasn't really open yet but they invited me in and helped me with some archery items I needed great place to shop. Thanks for the help.
