The guy who delivered our pod which had been stored with them for months did not review the quality when he dropped it off. When he came to pick it up empty he accused us of breaking the door which couldn't be further from the truth. Funny I see that I'm not the only one reporting that the doors are an issue. Now they are saying they might try to charge us for their poor condition door. The delivery driver's truck was all busted up and he smashed into our rock wall. Even though there was no food in the pod we found mice nests. It appeared that someone either tried to break into our pod while being stored at their facility OR the driver smashed into the door with his clearly poor driving. They had to reschedule pick up of another pod we had also rented and are charging us for it all because of rain! It's the same driver and same facility and I think they are trying to recoup the damages to their vehicle and the lost day when they couldn't pick the other pod up. A total scam. I'm furious. I've been on the phone over 2 hours trying to speak with a manager and nobody will help me. I was told there weren't any managers and when I called back got another story. Stop trying to scam me PODS. The worst experience. There are plenty of other sevices we could have gone with. Don't get scammed by PODS choose another company.

Easy scheduling and friendly staff. No problems with billing, drop off, or pickup.
The service provided by Pods has been excellent!! I will always use Pods for storage and delivery.
While the convenience factor is great, the long term use of a pod is not. The door on my pod did not work properly and they would not fix it, basically told me to deal with it. We used the pod for 7 months and water did get inside, so I would suggest insurance on your belongings! Long term use not recommended.
Repeat customer with all positive things to say about PODS. Excellent customer service from the driver, he was on time and placed my 16 foot container in my small driveway with the precision of a surgeon.
