I worked there for 3 years. The environment is hostile, cheep, and uncertain. The shop freezes in the winter time. I liked the work and they had kinda good benefits and you're thinking you're gonna grow and get good wages and it's a local company. But they're goal is low wages HR will not help with boss problems. Craig boss never stops boss Oscar. So management covers for management until its too much embarrassment. They change HR when that happens.
