Armstrong is P.O.S. company!!!!! They do not care about their customers. They also charge top dollar for poor service.. EVERYONE should boycott this company until it is completely gone!!

Their internet is so unreliable. I'm paying over 100 for internet that cuts out at least once a week. Save your money. Unfortunately, the apartment complex I live in uses them. So I have no choice. But if you do, don't give them your money.

If there were any other provider in the area II would definitely go with them, but I'm basically stuck in Austintown for speed. There customer service is awful, I think they leave you on hold hoping you hang up. I was on hold today for for 25 mon today, which is inexcusable. I called to get am adjustment in my bill after not having for a week and half and they took off 33 dollars now really. Stop playing me like I'm stupid. She had already told me 2 days and that's the price for 2 days. If anyone knows of a better cable service in Austintown please let me know, because Armstrong is awful

Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. My internet constantly cuts out, or even just stops working for hours. I have corded connections, so I find it even more ridiculous that a company who has been around for so long can have such terrible service. It would be GREAT if they could provide the services they say are so “fast”!

I have a buisness wifi plan at Armstrong, and it may be the worst internet I have ever had the displeasure of having. Constantly cuts out, horrible connection strength, and the download speed is disgusting. If you are planning on choosing Armstrong I highly suggest you go somewhere else.
