The spring to my garage door broke and Jeff was my technician. He gave me a courtesy call 20 minute prior to arriving, which I appreciated very much. Once here, he worked quickly and politely. Jeff even gave me tips on maintenance for my garage door. I will definitely be calling them again if needed.

I was quoted a price of 352.49 for installation with one remote installed. Upon completion bill was 372.28. When I questioned the amount I was told quoted price didn't include tax. Satisfied with installation. Very dissatisfied with amount added on to quoted price. The whole idea of getting a quote is to know the cost BEFORE work is started. Would not recommend.
