Before the pandemic started. I invited my old college friend to eat. As soon as we got to our table, and old lady was our waitress. She refused to attend us. It was unusual and I brushed it off. Eventually moments later a younger nice lady attended us and enjoyed our meal 50%. They older lady never come to us, to assist us. I guess the reason was due to the fact that my friend was LGBT

Good food, fair prices, great service and of course there is the store. My surprise treat this visit, Cow Tails were on sale! And they had the original, Carmel Brownie and a new Carmel Apple which turned out to be very good. I forgot to take a picture before indulging. Last one left.

Got a to-go order. The girl said that she would bring it out as soon as it was ready. After between 15 and 20 minutes I got curious and walked down to the end of the counter where I had been watching a clerk chat with a woman. I saw orders stacked on the shelves behind her. I asked if by any chance one of them was mine sitting there getting cold. Sure enough! I complained and then the Queen Bee came up and took over the conversation which up to this point had been polite. I call her the Queen Bee because she was aggressive and argumentative. She was also a liar. She told me that she had watched the to-go meal being brought out and it had only just been put there. I explained to her that I had been standing at the register the entire time and she hadn't watched anything at all and that I had seen the order brought out but had no clue that it was mine. No one ever told me to go to the end of the counter. In addition to lying to me and insulting my intelligence the Queen Bee was not apologetic and insisted that I was mistaken about what I witnessed. I was there on a coupon resulting from a complaint about cold food and here I was getting a cold meal once again. Cracker Barrel, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. Lying to cover ineptitude won't get it.

Oh man! I ate the whole thing! Everything was good, service, table, shopping! Cracker Barrel is my favorite, but I can't eat here everyday, I'd be big as a house.
