Our tech, Mr White, was the most polite and professional we’ve had at the house. Y’all should be super proud to have someone so knowable and quickly makes stuff happen! Hope we get to have him back as our guy! Thank you

The worse company to ever try to use for gas. They never show up when they say and I've had to see my family go without gas and heat for almost 3 weeks. They were extra charged when the guy showed up with gas. Then left a receipt on the outside tank after showing up 3 weeks after they were suppose to and didn't even leave any paperwork in their hand. Unprofessional to say the least. Switching companies asap.

We have used Farrell for decades. Placed an order on the 14th and was told it would be the 21st before it could be filled. 7 days in December freezing weather to get gas. Me and my children did without heat and hot water for a week waiting on Farrell. The 21st came and they never showed up. I called at 3:30 to find out what was going on and was told the order was canceled on the 14th. Literally canceled the order after talking to them. Their excuse was that the original account holder was deceased and would need to open a new account and pay 70 per tank (7 tanks on property) for a leak test. The only problem with that lie, is he has been dead for 15 years and they had no problem filling the tanks as recently as a month ago. Was told on the 21st she would get with management to resolve the problem and call back. But of course no call back and another day without heat or hot water. 2 children in the home. We decided to completely phase out all gas appliances and move to electric. Good job Farrell.

I wish they had a 0 star option! I called and called and called NO answer! This place is a joke!
