The staff was quite rude. I am disabled and have medical exemption to wearing a mask due to multiple health issues as is my 9 yr old son. We were told to either put on a mask or leave the store. Because of the pandemic persons with medical exemption are protec4ed under the ADA as well as the mandate that Govenor Hitchinson decreed. It is a FEDERAL offense to discriminate against persons with disabilities.

Staff always nice very helpful, pleasant atmosphere to shop in. I personally think this location has better selection of clothes and clearance of course I could be wrong. However I’ve been shopping Torrid for over 10 years and I never go wrong!
