Siempre puedo estar equivocado

I went referred by Dr. Miller S. I just went there because I broke my wrist. Dr. De La Rocca is very professional but they sold me a wrist support in 35 (Amazon price is 11,99) very bad quality. One week later I should go back because is damaged they told me they can’t replace it or refund my money. I should bought a new one... I lost the money. My recommendation go there enjoy the good doctor attention (people at front desk first time nice. Second time 09/06 are not nice) BUT NEVER BUY THEIR BAD QUALITY PRODUCT... It’s a really shame. Good Dr. Bad clinical policy

I was referred by a colleague, first I called to make sure they were open (I called on Christmas eve) and just wanted to make sure I could be seen! The receptionist was very professional over the phone, upon my arrival it didn’t take long for me to filled out the required forms, after a short period of time despite the fact that they were busy I was given a room to start my check out with the Doctor. A little after two hours of my arrival I left their office with a diagnostic, follow up and documents for my employer. Great service, clean clinic and way faster than ER. I wish I read the bad reviews first, they are all true. This place is a SCAM. Just go to a real orthopedic. Bcz at this place They are not orthopedic doctors, they are nurse practitioner. So they charge you as if you went to see and specialist and instead you get the wrong diagnostic, with the wrong medication, so you have to comeback and pay another 300 for a nurse to give another wrong diagnosis again. The “nurses” acting as “orthopedic doctors” should take accountability for their mistakes and correct their mistakes without charging again. Which charging again it just makes this place a total scam.

Unbelievable staff, very fast service, all covid guidelines in place, very clean, and with convenient parking. I just walked in. The doctor was very knowledgeable and caring. A much better (and safer) experience than going to a regular ER/hospital nowadays.
