Went here for the first time this morning. Got the 20 managers special. Some birds had a hay day on my car and my son has never been through a car wash before so I decided to try here. I was intrigued by the monthly option because it is close to where I live. I didn’t ever have the opportunity to speak to someone about it. You drive in. Pick your wash. Drive up and the tech does some initial spraying and prepping. You put the car in neutral and get pulled through. The wash knocked my side mirror forward, and the rear wiper was pulled back(which maybe is common, but never happened at the more traditional “laser wash” they have at certain gas stations) and the car came out with soap suds still on the passenger side mirror. Overall, the issue at hand was dealt with and the car did come out cleaner. I did not get to take advantage of the free vacuum on this trip but I do like that they have that available. I see they offer some detailing services which i have not tried. I’d be willing to try it again, but not really feeling I got 20 worth of a wash. The monthly option is what interests me, they offer different unlimited packages. If I go again, I’m going to get the less expensive wash that you get for the monthly option and report back.
It's not bad for the buck. If the car is not so filthy on the exterior the 8 wash does the job. Then you can use the free vacuums. When you do make sure there's nothing preventing from vacuuming all the way. Check the head and if there's anything blocking in the inside just take it out. If not you'll have to work harder.
I normally visit this carwash and have gotten a decent wash. I decided to spend a little more on a 12 wash. As I exited the wash there was still soap suds on the top and side mirror, and the tech had placed a plastic sleeve, on my rear wiper, that I was not aware of until I looked into my rear view mirror while driving. I plan to go back to the regular wash.
I've been here before and had a really good results. But I ran my truck through the wash today and it left behind a lot of soap and dirt. Will try again but if it keeps leaving dirt I won't be back
