Working with Barbara and Ford Window Treatments was truly a pleasure and completely stress-free. Both the ceilings and floor of my apartment are uneven. Barbara spent much time obsessing over measuring and re-measuring and how best to cut the fabric so that the curtains would lay exactly how I wanted them to. Her help in choosing material was invaluable. The installer is among the best I've seen. He worked neatly and efficiently. He was as obsessive as Barbara in getting everything right. He insisted on cleaning up despite my offer to do so. He left not a shread of debris on the floor. All appointments made and delivery times were spot on. And the best of all? Ford's prices were actually a bit lower than the three other bids I had gotten. Highly and strongly recommend.

Ford Window Treatments helped make my apartment feel complete! After getting new windows and a balcony renovation, I was hesitant to reinstall shades due to my view and the pricing. Ford Window Treatments came right out to my apartment, following safety guidelines for COVID, took measurements and ordered what I needed for installation just two weeks later. They showed up to my apartment first thing, installed the shades in my living room and bedroom under two hours and not only did it quickly, but offered to clean up the mess and made sure I was happy with everything as they were installing. I could not recommend a better company to install window treatments.
We had a great experience with window treatments for four windows in three different rooms. Barbara came to our condo – wearing a mask and observing all physical distancing protocols – listened to our needs and our budget, and had options for us right away. She helped us pick the best colors and functionality. Her installer was also excellent and highly professional, even wrapping up our old window treatments for easy disposal. We got good value for our money and are thrilled with our new ability to filter or block out light.
