This center is located at the BBC FIU campus. It has a nice background view because the Biscayne Bay is right behind the building so having lunch on the outside second floor can be relaxing. The building itself doesn't have any fancy but if you are looking for a place to host a conference, it is a decent size.

Such a gorgeous, clean, accessible space with incredible views from the second floor and plenty of convenient parking. On site police force makes it super safe as well and the staff could not be more helpful and accommodating.

Very nice venue for large conferences or meetings. Decent restroom facilities and large conference rooms. Above average hot lunch. There are benches outside the conference areas if you need to take a call. Bring a sweater or jacket as it gets cold. Located on a lovely waterfront campus of FIU with a walking path nearby.
