The sales experience was pleasant, I purchased a pre owned vehicle in February. The vehicle didn’t have the lug lock key, but the salesman assured me that the service center would take the locks off. The service center told me that I would receive a call with an appointment. A month has passed and no appointment. I went back to the dealership to get some help with getting an appointment and this is when it went down hill. The sales manager said it’s nothing that they can do about my getting the locks off of the vehicle, the total opposite of what I was told before I purchased the car. I thought I was dealing with a reputable dealership so I didn’t doubt the promise to take care of the preexisting defects.

This dealer sold me the car with multiple mechanical defects despite falsely assuring me that the car is in impeccable condition. During sale I was assured that the car passed stringent 180 point inspection and was defect free. Dealer charged me 1000 reconditioning fee to cover expenses related to making car show room ready. Being out of state customer I could not inspect the car myself and had to rely on dealer's assurance. Car arrived with numerous mechanical problems which rendered it not drivable, making it obvious that dealer deliberately misrepresented the car to make a sale. (Such problems included worn out brake pads, broken suspension part, front air struts leaking air, cracked rear bumper). They even ignored a warning on dashboard to replace key battery. After the sale General manager Julio Hanono basically just ignored my complaints. Buyer beware - this dealership will take advantage of you at the earliest opportunity. They are only after the money and don't take care of their customers!
