Always friendly staff! They are always so nice and helpful! Without this place renting wheelchairs, it would be a lot harder getting my brother out on the sand. They always offer to help load and unload. I cannot say enough about them! Convenient location too!

Called them at 11am after we spoke to a gentleman on the beach about getting set up. There was no other information given other than we were going to be renting 2 chairs and an umbrella. 40 minutes later we came down from the room, walked the area behind our hotel and saw nothing with our name on it. We called them again, and seemed to get a different story about how it all worked. Even though 40 minutes prior we had it all sorted the girl who answered said we weren't going to be given an umbrella due to high winds... the whole reason we were trying to reserve one anyways. Then there was no time given as to when he would be back down to our beach. So after sitting and waiting for a call we just went and got our umbrella. Its currently 107pm and we still haven't seen the guy setting up chairs. I understand things are a bit weird and crazy right now but you shouldn't put on the appearances that someone has a potential reservation if they basically don't. It also shouldn't take 2 hours to come set something up either.

After two hours (and me making three calls to follow up) on what was promised to be a 30 minute wait... We gave up knowing that we were repeatedly lied to ... Extremely disappointed by the staff's lack of professionalism and apparent lack of concern for their customers.
