The team was awesome. I had an last min for balloons order. They took care of me right away and made my experience great. Great customer from the cashier to the balloon lady. Thank you all for making my 30th birthday special.
Prices were actually a lot better than I expected them to be. The girl that rang me out was really sweet, I didn't go in at a busy time, but COVID protocols were actively in place and I felt comfortable.
Very happy with customer service. In March just prior to store closing because of Covid virus, I had paid for balloons to be filled and new balloons to be filled along with other items to be used in the order. 3 months later after they reopened they had all my items safely stored. They reimbursed me for correct amounts. Very happy with their efficiency and organizational skills. Very good Manager in charge. Very happy with my service..
Great store!! I had family coming in from 3 states to celebrate 7 birthdays (one 60th, one 90th, two 33rds, one 65th, one 36th...), Father's Day, my sister's baby announcement... so much to celebrate. I stocked up as best as I could on decor trying to cover all of the things we had to celebrate. I was able to find non-age-specific over-the-hill stuff, non-gender-specific baby-announcement stuff, and so many things. I found many party decor packs that did the trick for decorating in this helium shortage. My family LOVED (and helped out with) cutting out the over-the-hill quotes and hanging the ceiling spirals. I grabbed some photo props for photo ops, and we had a ton of fun. It was a great party! Thanks, Party City for being there for me!!
