I went there today expecting to have a hard time with my exchange after reading the reviews. The two ladies working there were the best. The were very helpful. I had a lot of items approximately 18. They split the items up; one took the pants the other took the tops. They found what they could in the size I wanted or something very similar. They were great. I wish I could remember both their names.

Purchased 2 pairs of jeans for my Grandson. Brought them back to exchange for a different type of pants - had original receipt - all stickers on jeans - 2 identical pairs of this brand of jean. First I was told \you can't do an exchange unless it's for the same product\. (no offer for a refund). So I told the clerk to do a refund. She looks at the jeans and says she can't take back the second pair because the price tag is missing. Now I have the original receipt and the pants are identical with all the children's place stamps - never worn. So I exchanged the one pair. And explained I will take my business elsewhere - the store would have doubled it's sales on these two pants as the ones I wanted were twice the price of the jeans. Will never shop at this store again. Train your employees on proper customer service skills.
