Jay, James, Rob and the entire team at Yacht Tech have been tremendous to work with. From the brokerage side to our multiple boat projects, their customer service, Nordhavn knowledge and quality of work has been outstanding. We have had near daily contact with updates regarding projects from hauling out, bottom painting and epoxy to fixing a broken window, replacing batteries and replacing a pitted shaft (among a dozen other projects). They even sent a cleaning crew out to scrub down our boat after sitting in the yard for a few weeks! We feel confident that our Noeta (5020) has been in excellent hands and we will seek out Yacht Tech again for any work that needs to be done. Thanks!
Yacht Tech is an incredible resource for Nordhavn sales, service and after purchase support. They've proven to be invaluable to me when it came to our purchase of N5025. James Knight & his team helped me both prepurchase (survey work estimates) & post purchase, with a long list of repairs. Since they focus exclusively on Nordhavn boats, they have seen it or done it, countless times before, so the job gets done properly, the first time; Crucial, when looking for confidence in a boat that is about to head offshore for several days. They don't disappear after the sale - they are available (24/7) to help with upgrades, troubleshooting and other installation advice, even if your halfway around the globe! Top notch group to work with. From technical questions, to repairs needed, to researching the elusive part for our 20 year-old N40 everyone at Yacht Tech as been superb.
