Had a pretty unpleasant experience trying to get a part I needed. I tried to be as articulate as I could in describing the part, and even tried to draw it, but when I asked to see the part he suggested, I was told that I had to agree to buy it first 'because showing you a part isn't profitable for me' He reluctantly showed me the part after I told him I drove a ways to get there... Shouldn't take being made out like I was inconveniencing someone to get a simple answer (in an EMPTY store) Hard pass.
