Seriously, I do not exaggerate when I say that if you need to send or return anything by mail within the U.S. or internationally, this is the place you should go!! The energy here is so calm because of the people that work here. Will and Natalie have been so helpful and kind to everyone in my family and they actually make what is usually a stressful errand an enjoyable experience. No matter what you need, THEY WILL HELP YOU! Especially if you don't know how to send something and need to know your price options or even how to navigate returns to an online store like Amazon on your phone, the wonderful staff here will greet you with a smile and make mailing hassle-free.

Excelent service! The staff are extremely well mannered and efficient. I prefer to come here than go to USPS or other shipping stores because of how friendly they are. The prices are great too! I definitely recommend this place!

Employees were very nice and efficient, but they are taking zero COVID protocols and it is a very small shop. Three employees, no masks, most customers not wearing masks, all touching the same stuff. They were very nice, but considering the current spike in Sarasota County COVID cases (and the highest in North Port in that area) I will not be going back.
New owners, very efficient, they provided wonderful customer service, I refuse to go anywhere else best shipping service in town.
