We had a blast making pizza in the brick oven. I gave this as a gift to my husband who loves cooking and has always wanted to learn how to use a brick oven. Needless to say he is now going to have one built in our backyard!! Phil and Melinda are super nice and so knowledgeable!! We asked so many questions and they knew everything....their wine is excellent and their homemade honey is spectacular. I can’t wait to book another class...only problem is which one to take next!!! Book this, you will not be disappointed!!!

This is absolutely the best environment to learn how to cook seemingly impossible meals with minimal effort. I took the “Thanksgiving Boot Camp” and it crammed so much useful information in a short time. Not to mention that the class itself was so much fun! They take an individual, hands on approach in their classes. There were novices and experienced chef’s in our class. Questions were welcome, and the small class environment had a personal feel. I left feeling like a had just had dinner with old man friends. If you want to take the mystery out of gourmet cooking there is no better teacher than Professor Chef! As a result of what I learned my family had the best holiday we’ve ever had! I cooked 2 turkeys, pumpkin bisque, cranberry sauce, fresh bread, stuffing, Brussel sprouts with bacon, delicious gravy and more without a single bit of worry or stress. Definitely going back!

I absolutely LOVE taking classes here! Not only have I learned so many cooking tips and recipes which gave me the confidence needed to \whip something up\ at home, but the classes are thoroughly entertaining. Malinda and Phil are excellent teachers who clearly love to teach their art. They answer every little question I ask and will support you even after. Its a great date or evening out because we sip beer or wine while enjoying the experience. Its very hands on and fun. Afterwards we eat the delicious food! I made a horrible mistake by eating dinner BEFORE my 1st class. Dont do that!

Love, love, love Professor Chef! Phil and Malinda are very laid back, fun, and very knowledgeable. It’s hands on, or not. It’s up to you. Have taken three classes with them and have always had a great time. It seemed like we were old friends as soon as we met. Even though I love to cook and have cooked for years, they have taught me a lot. I’ve taken, A Night in Tuscany, Pizza, and Bacon Bavon Bacon. I highly recommend all three!
