Took my Tesla to this shop after a simple fender bender. It was a long drive but given the reviews I thought it would be worth it. When the car was received, the new fender and hood were not aligned properly. I was in a hurry so figured I'd come back when possible and have it fixed. A few days later I was pulled over for a missing turn signal which turned out to be the whole headlight assembly was never reconnected when they put the fender back on. Had tesla mobile service meet me to have that fixed. Then I get a normal letter that aadvantage had a \system error\ which lead to them losing my cc information. I wrote a check and mailed it to the address on the letter... fast forward 3 weeks to a threatening voice mail that they would be having my car repossessed. When I called they said they sent me a certified letter which I never recieved... and left many voice-mails which I didn't get (received one, plus the repo vm). Now ill be paying Tesla to realign my hood and fender as its causing lots of wind noise, and dealing with the headlight/ turnsignal drama. And all that wouldn't have bothered me (people make mistakes) had they not called and threatened me with repossession. Note... not even one simple apology was offered. They just said that if I came back up there they would \look at it\ to see if they would fix.

Someone dropped a paint can on my Lotus Esprit. Other shops wouldn't touch it, but they referred me to Advantage Autoworks. I called Advantage to ask if they would take a look at it, and I talked to Cameron on the phone. \Sure! Bring it on in and we'll take a look at it.\ 10 minutes later I was at the shop and Cameron was looking at the damage in the parking lot. \I think I can fix this right here\ he said. He rubbed some compound into the biggest scratch, and it literally disappeared. He went back into the workshop for some more tools and took all of the scratches out of the body right in front of me. In the parking lot. In less than 5 minutes. \No charge\ he said. Cameron made my day. You've now got a customer and an advocate for life. I'll recommend everyone to stop by Advantage Autoworks for any bodywork or restoration needs.
