Just rented the white plastic tables,chairs and table clothes for a wedding. Very disappointing. This place is a dive, charge too much for rayes and product is very disappointing. Tables had gum under them, chairs were not clean (red syrup stains on back of chairs and blue pen graffiti all over chairs) and the white table clothes were stained. They should clean these items before rental. When picking up they had a 12 year old help load but when I returned today nobody to help. The lady just stood there and watched while we unloaded the trailer. If you charge a premium rate give premium service!!! There are too many other places to rent from and since none of us rent this type of stuff on a regular basis we are at the disadvantage. I strongly suggest you find anyone else!!! I do find it fun in the name of this business; Barrel O Monkeys. It is ran by monkeys.

I had a really good experience at this business. I needed some rentals. The young lady was nice and professional. I didn't get her name but she really walked me through the process. Everything went the way she explained. NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Only one issue, the system rejected my business email but it accepted my personal one. BACK IN BUSINESS . Thank you for running a positive business..

They were proactive about calling me the day before to confirm my rental, and what I needed to have ready on delivery (saved me from having to make the call and I appreciated checking something off my to-do list!) They scheduled delivery for 2 hours before my rental was to begin, and then called the morning of to ask if they could deliver it even earlier. The bounce house was clean and in good condition. I had asked them to recommend one with good ventilation that felt more open and would give little ones the peace of mind of being able to look outside; and give parents the peace of mind of being able to see into it; and the bounce house I got fit the bill to a tee. Even my little one, who has never ventured into a bounce house, was eager to jump, and had a great time. Communication with them was smooth, expectations were clear, and my experience overall was very satisfactory. I plan to use them again.
