Took my sons iPhone in a few weeks ago to get a new battery. Well before they did it I told them it did have water damage and I had to get the screen fixed on the front and back. They processed to put a new battery in it and I payed for it. When he was done, it was showing in the battery health life that his battery max capacity was %100. Well as of this past weekend it won’t hold a charge and after a full nights charge it still shows %0. We took his phone back here last night and he was saying because it had water damage there is nothing they could do. Well my question to him was “well then why did y’all put a new battery in it and make me pay for that knowing before it had water damage to it????” To be honest they should have gave me a refund then and there. But no I got excuse after excuse. Total BS! Will never go back to this place ever again for anything! They just wanted my money I guess.

Just went for a quick battery replacement on my watch and they helped me repair one and took a couple links out for me. Very nice very professional and they are very reasonably priced. The two guys that were super helpful were Lee and Christian
I went to this battery store at 2:30 pm on 12/09/2020. The kid working there was not helpful whatsoever, as a matter of fact he acted as if he was doing me a favor talking to me. I was looking for a battery for a robot vacuum. I told him the brand of vacuum I have and he pointed out 2 batteries they had in stock. I asked him if one of them would work with my vacuum, he said he didn’t know. I asked him to check and see if one of them would work with my vacuum, he said he had no way of checking since he had no access to Google. This kid has no business attending a store with the attitude he has. He could at least pretend to be happy a customer walked into the store. I will never go to this battery store again. Hopefully the owner fires him before he loses more customers.
Sean was good worker with great personality. I felt good, although I have to spend my money. He made my day. My old battery was also from the BatteriesBulbs, lasted 4 years. It is great doing business with BatteriesBulbs. Thank you.
