I really wanted to give 5 stars. The aroma as you walk in the door smells of coffee and pancakes. I imagine the gates of heaven smelling like this. The coffee is a quality roast @2.89 per cup. The food is made of high quality fresh ingredients. I have never been dissatisfied with any orders made. This is a superior breakfast spot. It is a bit pricey, but the trade off is excellent. Observations on the facility: Clean Air diffusers - clean Ceiling tiles - no stains View of kitchen- Organized shelf with ingredients showcased Up to date farm house interior design Modern Indie - pop music Comfortable/cool/low humidity climate settings As a consumer of things sometimes based on price, the new menu omits price. This is the only reason for the lack of 5 stars.

Excellent iced coffee! I really enjoyed it. My Belgian waffle wasn't great -- certainly NOT worth the nearly 10 they charge. I'm honestly undecided on whether or not I'll give them another try.
I love the food, and the majority of the staff is wonderful. I normally have a great experience. The only reason this doesn’t get 5-stars? Menu needs expansion and there are two staff members that need some coaching. I wouldn’t call them out personally, but my last 3 visits have been affected by one of these two. I love everyone else here and have always been treated great by the majority of the staff.
Great food! A little on the pricey side, though. Try the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes! They will not disappoint. I also love that they leave the carafe of coffee at the table. That's the best!
I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt a lot. When they first opened, everything was fine but it’s been kind of downhill recently. Servers often take a long time to visit tables and food comes out cold or is missing items. One time I stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting to pay and staff would just walk past. Last time there was a hair in my boyfriend’s food. I just ordered take out today and an item was missing. My family loves this place but the service is seriously lacking. Don’t really recommend this location.
