A first impression is a lasting one and the team at Huggins Honda made a great first impression. This is the first Honda dealership I have ever dealt with. If you're in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend this dealership. From my first inquiry about the Honda HR-V all the way to the time I made the purchase everyone that I encountered was friendly and made me and my wife feel welcome. Jessica Cruz and Patricia Ham did great following up on my initial inquiry and made sure that someone had reached out to me. Alex Oglesby helped setup my appointment for a test drive and was flexible because I couldn't commit to a definite time when I made the appointment. When we got to the dealership the person at the front desk welcomed us right when we walked in the door. And Curtis Williams explained the features of our new HR-V and stayed attentive to us during the entire process from start to finish. His friendly personality and patience with us sealed the deal in our decision to make the purchase of our new HR-V. My experience with Huggins Honda was top notch and when it comes time for me to replace my car a few years down the road, I will look first at Huggins Honda even though it's not the closest dealership to where I live. As I said at the beginning of this review, a first impression is a lasting one. Huggins Honda made an excellent first impression. Great work!!

Michael Harvey was great. I felt taken care of, and he was very kind and knowledgeable. Also, he was smart to say that it would take 1.5 hours for my service when it actually was a lot quicker. He set a low expectation so then I was happy to be done \early.\ The amenities available while I waited were also nice. Good quality food that was convenient. I will definitely bring my car back. Thank you.

My favourite car dealership. I took both of my cars to get serviced today. Mathew did a great job taking care of me. I still dont like the waiting time but it was not as bad when you go early in the morning. Thank you again Mathew I hope you get the appreciation you deserve. *This is not my car in the photos

The Honda folks are the best. I brought my dog with me and they let us both hang out indoors while it was almost freezing outside. Really appreciate your professionalism and kindness. Thank you.

My family purchased two vehicles from Huggins Honda in 2017, and my experience at this service department ensured that it will be the last time we will ever purchase a Honda. It's a shame, because their sales team was actually great. I recently took my car here because my A/C stopped working. I won't bother getting into how rude the staff was. The real issue is that they straight up lied to me. They tried to charge me to fix the A/C condenser (655) and Evac/Recharge A/C system (478), AND they said my radiator was so badly damaged I shouldn't drive it out of the lot until I paid 820 to get it fixed. It was unbelievable how awful the experience was and I could not believe they were trying to force me to get my car fixed there by saying it wasn't safe to leave the lot unless I paid them nearly 2000. I disregarded their insistence and took my car to two different reputable mechanics the next day for a second opinion. Both stated that there was no way my radiator needed to be replaced or that my car wasn't safe to drive. I did get my A/C fixed perfectly too by one of the mechanics. The total? 457. And because a picture is worth 1,000 words, I'll include a photo of the radiator. That tiny dent near the bottom right corner is what Huggins said made my car unsafe to leave the dealership unless I paid them 820 for a new radiator. Of course, had I gotten the A/C fixed there along with my radiator, I would have also paid 1,133 instead of 457. To be so blatantly lied to at any time is awful, but in the midst of a global pandemic it is just disgusting.
