With all that I had in me I DID NOT want to go to an Emergency Room/Urgent Care Center. I just don't do that! But, something was definitely wrong with me, so I finally gave in and went. The kindness of those caring for me at Legacy is really beyond words. Each person was professional and very compassionate. They got me figured out and fixed up in no time. My doctor specifically recommended that I go to that particular facility. She could not have given me a better recommendation! Very thankful!

My in laws were out of town recently. Prior to their trip, my 75 year old father-in-law starting feeling under the weather with a mild cough. No fever or other symptoms. He assumed it was allergies. While on the trip, it worsened. The day they returned, my wife picked the group of six up from the train station. She said my FIL was all bundled up, coughing a lot, and looked feeble. Concerned about the pandemic, my MIL took him to Legacy (on my wife’s recommendation). They tested him for the flu (negative) and COVID (also negative) and sent him on his way. No diagnosis or prescriptions. Due to the fact that he is not well, and clearly not getting better, we brought up the apparent lack of care to my in laws. They called up to the clinic, but no one seemed to know what is wrong with him, and honestly didn’t seem to care. They were going to go back on Saturday (since it was within 24 hours and, apparently, free), but he didn’t feel like it. Any time He went to another doctor today, though I haven’t heard of the diagnosis yet. I’m just disappointed that, in the midst of all that’s going on with health issues in the world today, Legacy didn’t actually offer any treatment or diagnosis of what he’s going through. A few weeks ago my wife was not feeling well. She usually gets an upper respiratory infection this time of year, so she went to another local ER clinic. They gave her four prescriptions and she was much better within a few short days. When asked her why she sent her dad to Legacy, she said “I just thought they’d take really good care of him”.

This was the greatest experience I have ever had! Of course aside from being in pain, I went in as a walk in I sat for about less than 5 minutes in the waiting room when they quoted me 20 minutes on the phone. The doctor came in literally 1-2 minutes later. They completed all testings right away and were very prompt on getting me what I needed. All the nursing staff was really nice and caring. Highly recommend this location!

I had to go on for a Covid test. The process was quick and easy. Everyone there was amazing, friendly and constantly made sure I was ok. I would go back if I had any medical issues.

I really liked this place, however I went in because I was really sick and I wanted a rapid covid test. I did a regular test elsewhere that was positive. I don't hold them at fault at all. However I called the next day because I really needed an inhaler or nebulizer. I was struggling to breath. I called 4 times for a nurse to call me back. 4 times no one called me back. It disappointing because I'm a member of their package with benefits. Evidently that doesn't include care. So disappointed.
