*** Update *** We went here on 08/2020 and it looks like Markadean's moved out of Painted Tree Marketplace. I've updated the status here on Google Maps (which they have to review), but I didn't want people to discover that it was gone without some heads up. *** Nice little vinyl record booth located inside the beautiful Painted Tree Marketplace. The records are in great shape and prices are generally in-line with what we see on sites like Amazon (so, no \deals\ per se). But considering that you can physically inspect the record before purchasing it and don't have to deal with all the things associated with shipping a somewhat fragile product like this and waiting for it to arrive I'd say his prices are more than fair. Also, you have the added benefit of being able to physically see/talk to the gentleman who runs this booth if you're looking for anything special, have a problem with your purchase, or just want to talk about music since he has an office that he works out of at his booth in the Grapevine Antique Mall (on the 2nd floor).

Beautifully arranged decor. Loved the strawberry orange flavored water welcoming me upon entrance. Very welcoming employees too. First time visit for me also, I will definitely be returning.
This is a cool spot with a wide variety of products. Nice place to stroll around. And it is absolutely delightful when there is live music playing.
