I have replaced my Macbook Pro screen here in 1hr. The tech is so experienced and have lot of knowledge. And i went back again to repair my PS4 they repaired PS4 in 2hr i am so surprised with the knowledge of technician he is so experienced and have lot of knowledge. I am going to build my gaming desktop with them within a month. Thanks PCTM for all the helps

Called 5 times, none picks up the call. The store hours says they are open on Sundays but I am here at 5PM, they are closed.

They were extremely helpful and answered the our call very quickly. It is really nice that you can talk to someone that actually onsite not some customer service in another state. They helped our church out greatly and recommend them greatly.

Was told at another repair shop that my PS4 was completely non-functional. I called PCTM and was told they knew exactly what was wrong, to bring it in anyways. Fast forward 3 days and my PS4 was completely restored as well as received a warranty. 10/10 would recommend.

Great customer service! They know EXACTLY what they're doing and willing to go the extra mile to get everything right for you. Basically, they go above and beyond to get what you want AND more with a pretty reasonable price for a service that could've easily charged you A LOT more from anywhere else. Highly recommended for people that need any kind of tech repair/upgrade and 99% of the time it'll be exactly what you wanted with more benefits. Overall, great service, great knowledge of products, timely manner to get things done, unbeatable price, heavily committed, etc.
