Anchor Subaru was extremely professional and personable during the entire process of purchasing our new Crosstrek. There was no pressure and the experience was more a conversation rather than a confrontation which can be the case. Ali was outstanding and I highly recommend him. Very satisfied customer and will be visiting Anchor first the next time we purchase a vehicle.

Sarah was a wonderful sales woman. I told her I was frustrated and nervous about other dealerships I have been too. I had to buy a new car unexpectedly and she made it such an easy process. She was wonderful! I would definitely recommend her for anyone.

EDITED..... They really came thru for us and rectified all the situation! I have to say I will give them another chance.. I am not one for writing reviews like this but am very frustrated at the fact that we purchased a new car over a week ago and they have still not registered the vehicle yet. It is now past the legal 7 day limit of driving on transferred plates and we planned this purchase around an out of state trip. No one will call me back or take responsibility for the lack of service. I just had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise so we can still make our trip. I would not recommend this dealership at this time!

Mike Hersey really came through for us! He was super knowledgeable about all things Subaru, not to mention really personable and helpful. He found the exact car that I wanted; the whole experience was just great. I would definitely work with Mike again, and recommend him to anyone!
