I have bought just a few new cars in my life and I cannot say I think very much good about car sales persons in general. The few times I bought a vehicle, the sales people talked fast and were really slick. I always returned home with a new car, suspecting I overpaid and feeling like my backside should be sore. Then I met Zack at Springfield GMC. I came in to the dealership with a very specific set of specifications for a van. Zack patiently listened to my almost impossible requirements and then showed me a van that exceeded those requirements on the lot. I was confused because as the deal progressed he seemed to be dealing with me fairly. Here, In this place, I finally met a man who was a professional businessman rather than a slick car dealer. A person who was empowered to make decisions rather than having to run to some manager for permissions. A person who really understood what “Customer Service “ really means. Whatever the issue whether it be price or terms if Zack could do it for me he did and when he could not do it I got a reasonable explanation why it was not possible. Zack literally went out of his way to get me every rebate and discount possible and then he sold me the van of “My dreams in Springfield VT.”. When time came to pick up my new van Zack spent at least two hours going over the terms of the financing and then showed me the vehicle and the explained the operation of the van and all of its options. I was was so pleased and felt truly blessed with this sale. I don’t know. Maybe I finally got lucky in buying a new vehicle. All I know is, I feel as I was treated fairly as a customer. I truly understood everything about the transaction. I now have a beautiful new van and my backside feels fine! Thanks Zack, I wish you all the success you deserve in the future.

We went into this beautiful dealership for an appointment and they were unable to accommodate our busy schedule. We needed an oil change and winter tires put on, however, they stated they were closing at 1 pm. I realize it’s Christmas Eve but I am the customer and was surprised they didn’t want our business!
