I found medical waste in my new van and called Jason the sales manager. I explained how I pulled a used blood test strip from inside my door pocket with my hand and became worried. Unfortunately all that Jason could do for me was 20 of gas and a car wash. I did ask for an extra wash but Jason couldn’t do it because of cost. Jason was honest with me and did the best he could. I love my van but can’t give more than 2 stars to a company that limits their sales manager. I expected more for the inconvenience to my health and well being. It was troubling having a strangers blood in my hand. Please look inside every compartment even when buying new. Dodge makes awesome vans and I know I’ll have mine for a long time.

Jeeps Galore! Dropped in to pick up a part. Almost drove out the lot with a sharp looking Jeep Wrangler. There is a reason people avoid going into a candy store, they want to try everything! Anyways, Parts Department was most helpful and very competent staff. My stay was minimal, could use improvement in customers' recognition. Simply by installing a bell at the door or a buzzer of some kind at the counter. Happy Holidays!
