We were looking for a local source for high quality meat and Cascade Brook Farm definitely delivered. Both the beef and pork were tender, delicious and FULL of flavor! Ed and Cindy take pride in their farm and it shows in the quality of the product.
We went up to the farm to pickup our order this past weekend and met with Ed who gave us a tour. We learned a lot about the way he raises the animals and the steps it takes to produce high quality beef and pork. We spent quite a while in the field with the animals and those are some truly happy heifers. We had the pork chops that night, which were delicious, next up will be the rib-eyes...thanks again, Ed!

We have been purchasing half and whole animals from Cascade Brook Farm for several years and will continue for the years to come. Ed & Cindy are the real deal… I promise you, its absolutely the best Black Angus Beef and Berkshire Pork you will ever have in your life. The amazing thing is that they do it consistently and responsibly which is very hard to find today. Take a moment to get to know them and try their products, you will be glad you did.
