My father was home with us with advanced dementia and with small children and working I was broken hearted. My heart became full when I met Park Creek Place Memory Care. They cared for my father as their own. Jason and his team showed me what true nursing is about. I am forever grateful for Jason and his professional compassionate team. Five stars isn’t high enough of a grade for them! Thank you so much.

Be very careful. Verbal promises are made and not followed through on. They take advantage of people who are vulnerable. Communication is lacking in all aspects including documenting medical issues. On another note, the staff is nice.

i used to work here and they are very unprofessional... while i was working here many residents were neglected. bandages wouldn't get changed as often as they should one resident had a bandage on her for over a month and bad sores that the director of nursing (joy) knew nothing or did anything about. some residents were put in bed at four in the afternoon without being feed anything until the next morning. we worked 12 hour shifts and many residents would only get changed once a day. they are very money hunger and do not care about the residents or employees. if you love your family members you shouldn't send them here.. personal care is okay memory care there is a complete joke.

Park Creek Place has been AMAZING. The aids, nurses, activity staff and administrative staff have all been so caring and compassionate. They were so accommodating when we were in a difficult situation with my parents health and needed to find a safe and loving place for them after ill health. Both my parents are living at Park Creek Place and I am out of state; they have been so helpful and kind and I have confidence they are well cared for not only physically but also their emotional and mental needs as well. Everyone at Park Creek has been so quick to respond and help in any way they can.

If you have a conscience, DO NOT send your loved one to this place. We just moved my husband’s grandmother out of here. This place is filthy and understaffed with indifferent employees. The poor people who live here just wander around aimlessly while being ignored by staff. While at this place, I came across a confused older woman who couldn’t find her room. Unable to find any staff to assist, I walked her around the unit until we found her room. Upon entering, I noticed there was an incredible amount of dirt on the floor, which looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a month. After tucking her into bed, I was able to track down a staff member and I asked if there were any custodial staff who could clean her room. She responded with “I’m just an agency nurse how should I know?” So I asked her who would. I was directed to the Administrative Coordinator who informed me that there was no custodial service on the weekends. Mind you, the common areas were filthy and had trash on the floor, the window ledges were layered with dirt, and the carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed since 2006. The elderly are high risk when it comes to infections, and living in the unhygienic conditions here certainly increases the chance of falling ill. These people cannot care for themselves, it is Park Creek Place’s responsibility to provide a comfortable and safe living environment for them and they are clearly not doing so. The residents here should be cared for with warmth and love, and it is heartbreaking to see that this facility does the exact opposite. Shame on you, Park Creek Place. This is the type of facility that you want to avoid at all costs.
