We highly recommend North Winds. They were willing to inspect our furnace even though it was from 1982, when other companies had refused. They installed a new unit as soon as they could considering the weather. The technicians were also extremely understanding about us being ill and shoveled about a foot of snow from the parking lot to the back of the apartment building in order to access the furnace. Chelsea, Nathan, Rick and Phil were excellent and we really appreciate everything they did for us. Professional, prompt and very kind.

Service was expensive but understandably so. The technician got here fast and did his work quickly and correctly. Can’t ask for more than that when a heater goes out in the middle of the winter.
