Somatic Systems Institute online products are a scam. I purchased a Frelonic exercise mat on August 8, 2019. The money was withdrawn from my account, but there is no order verification; nor is there any way to access them by phone or any other way! I wonder why they are allowed to continue operating, when they continue taking people’s money, and not providing the product ordered?

Do not order their online courses! I made the mistake and was never able to access them. I tried to contact them several times to no avail. They do not respond to email or phone calls. They took my money and ran! Steve Aronstein is clearly a con man.
I ordered a table online from them. Just as the other reviewer stated they do not return calls or emails and their phone does not accept calls. this appears to be a scam.
Soon after i suffered a spine injury i was referred to the Somatics Systems Institute for help with my recovery. I found the system very empowering in that it is more about teaching/learning than about endless treatments and dependency. In just a few sessions I felt improvement and have taken some key principles and methods home with me to help me keep pain at bay, improve my ability to move, and do my work/play without injury. I recommend this system to anyone who is serious about evolving their relationship to their body and having the ability to move through pain toward ease.
Do NOT order online from this company. It has no customer service. My order did not arrive and no one has responded to phone messages or email about my concern. Also, the phone number on my receipt is out of service.
