Best yarn store ever! Lots of different styles and types and colors and textures Oh My! Fabulous employees with lots of knowledge on their products. Its been 20 years since I've been there. What a wonderful experience.

2 words: YARN HEAVEN. I spent a solid hour here just marveling at yarn. The staff is super nice and helpful, and they have a big warehouse of discounted yarn. This is by far the most extensive yarn store I've ever been to. You can buy the yarns online, but there's nothing like touching it with your own hands. I drove you from Boston and did not regret it. Make a day of it and take a walk to Northampton!

I wish I could visit this store but it's a long way from where I live. I have ordered from WEBS before and haven't had any trouble. I am having trouble with my current order. The link they sent for tracking is not working. I can't get anyone from customer service to answer the phone. I have been on hold and had to leave a message. I want to talk to a person, not a machine.

I ordered a pattern and a gift card. After weeks, I called to find out where my order was and received no reply. It took two phone calls to get a response, that they \forgot\ to send out the gift card on an order that was complex. Really? I understand that mistakes happen, but to charge me for the items immediately and then not respond to my first phone message means that I won't be doing any more business with this company.

I had NO IDEA how big this place is! They have an incredible selection of yarns, patterns, and sundries. In the back they have great deals on discontinued/single skein/ etc yarns. I got a few odd skeins for trying out new techniques and asked the staff about patterns; they were friendly and helpful!
