WOW! Level up is beyond amazing! The owner is so very involved in the process and makes you feel like family! My contact ...Braden, was so professional and at the same time so sweet and personable. He had my quote and install date within minutes. He listened and completely understood my security concerns and Address all of them without over selling or selling me things I would never need! As a single woman living alone feeling safe and secure is a priority for me e and apparently for the level up team as well! No pressure to buy or upgrade just straight information based on wants and needs. Kevin was great at installation. He took the time to walk me through the features and how to use our purchase of two ring doorbells. He was courteous and timely with the appointment. Highly recommend.

This was by far the best experience i have ever had dealing with a company. The entire group from Braden to the installer Matt, were incredibly amazing. I even forgot about adding an additional camera and Braden drove it down to me that very hour! The prices you cant beat, the quality of excellence of the products and the people are unmatched! They care about making your experience with their company as easy and as affordable as possible. I cant say enough about the installer Matt. He was so amazing, knowledgeable and made sure that everything was properly done. I had probably the worst doorbell in the world to hook up and it took him a very very long time, however, the fact that he made sure it was done correctly the first time was incredibly awesome! In my long tiring experience with other companies in general, nobody has ever taken the time to make sure i was happy and that their product was properly installed. You cant find that anywhere! If you want a real welcoming, friendly, quality company to service you, i would highly recommend Level Up! There are no words to express my gratitude for all they have done for me! I only had a very small job but they treated my job and me like it was as important as any other. Had a little hiccup initially with getting the actual work scheduled but once that was established, all was great. Braden is the best (plus Koby likes him), responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. Both he and Kevin got things installed perfectly and working (connecting the TCL Roku TV, Sonos sound bar and eero WiFi extenders. I highly recommend Level Up. They are professional, knowledgeable, up on all the newest technologies, patient, informative and a pleasure to work with.
