Bob was professional, polite, and confident. He explained what chemical he would spray in our attic and he covered everything. We were very happy with his work. We hope and pray the chemical will kill these mites. A couple days before the treatment, Michael came out to give us an estimate and to listen to our problem we were experiencing. He was very good and assured us that the problem can be solved. We appreciate the honesty and integrity of the company. Thank you.

We had a skunk move in under our back step. I contacted ABC Humane Wildlife via their website on a Saturday morning and got a call back within the hour. They got an appointment for me as soon as they could (which was Monday). Jimmy came and inspected the area, thoroughly explained the situation and how we would go about capturing the skunk for removal. He set the humane trap and we had the skunk the next morning! I would highly recommend this company for a humane option for removing pests from your property. Our technician Jimmy was polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional.

Justin is by far the most professional when it comes handling the traps. He remove trap squirrel from my roof and went above and beyond to make sure remaining traps were safe and installed correctly he even check attic area for any additional animal problem. Great job justin and thanks for the service. 100 satisfied customer!!!

Called on a Sunday to schedule appointment. The person who took the appointment was courteous and patient, answered all my questions. Also advised us they start at 10:30 the next day to start and would notate that our house should be first stop. Monday the tech called early and made our appointment earlier than expected. Tech was efficient and prompt. Wonderful service.

Justin D. and Alec were courteous, timely and concerned. As soon as they arrived they could tell the smell was from a dead animal vs animal feces but we also set a trap to capture the animals that are still running around above my roof. They set the trap quickly and checked for the dead animal but were unable to locate it due to the construction of my home on the initial visit. They gave me comfort knowing the problem will be resolved quickly.
