Just be aware of the manager name luis in this store. His a liar! He made lies from me so he can have the company rip me off. I bough there mattress from the Lincoln and Peterson store and run an issue with the OTHER MANAGER! in that store name Darlene, I swear It looks like they are all working together of course that's there job! So He never told me If I choose to do this exchange I will have no cane of return or exchange of course because he was cheating manipulating me and I did not know until I'm giving the silent treatment I dont why?! He Did not gave me there policy of return or exchange and when they notice I'm not giving up easy they playing the card of they told me. If they told me would I be fighting for my money?! I just know I will never ever do business with American Mattress and I would hope you guys do your research before going to there store any of there stores! Because you will run in to the same situation as I am. they are giving me the run around and they are all in the game. One fo them will send you to Tonya or Merabeth none of them is better than the other one because they all are working together.
Louis is the best! I told him what I wanted, he got it for me in a minute and brought it out to the car for me! Very nice store. 5 stars for quality and service !
