Gary was extremely patient and invested in our situation. I called Gary to assist me in a service issue that I was having with my Audi Q5. He helped talk me down from the ledge with the service disaster at Fletcher Jones. Upon learning that the car would be too costly to fix, Gary found a towing company to take my car, and, better yet, pay me a fair price for the car.
