I've been a customer of Garden Fresh Market since it was opened on Hintz Rd. in Wheeling and I was pretty satisfy with a quality of products, prices and customer service. But everything changed after the store have moved to Buffalo Grove. I still shopping but every week I've disappointed more and more. I started check my receipt every time before I leave a store after I was overcharged 3 month ago and have realized it at home. Every week people on a registry add an extra item I have never bought and I should go to the customer service to get my money back. From the beginning I thought it is a human mistake but I tried different people on the registry and the result is same. It's mean this is a culture of the company to cheat people. So many customers of this store are elderly people with low income, don't speak English and not able to protect themselves from stealing their food stamps and cash. It is very sad. Now about the quality of products. If you see some products on a big sale don't be excited because you'll throw it away once you are back home or need to go back to the store to return it. It happened to me several times ( strawberries 2 for 1, Green cabbage 0,29 lb) Everything are overpriced for the exact same things in other stores in this area. Sadly I don't think I will be back. I'd better go to the Fresh Farm or Harvest Fresh.

Great options for ethnic cuisines. Large fruit/vegetable selection at great prices. There are other markets that we prefer (such as Fresh Farms on Milwaukee), however this will do when in the area.
This place has everything. Kosher meats and amazing deals on produce. Plus everything you'd normally need. Really sad it's closing.
They sell North Shore kosher bakery bread. Healthy Mike rolls and wheat rolls. Sometimes their yogurt prices are outstanding. (Fage/Ziyad/Chobani) A bit cramped though. Finally closed
I JUST LEFT GARDEN FRESH IN NORTHBROOK IL.....THE STAFF IS BEYOND FRIENDLY......CONSIDERATE...ACCOMMODATING..GRACIOUS.....KIND..........SWEET AND ALL THE OTHER WONDERFUL ADJECTIVES....SHOPPING THERE IS SUCH A PLEASURE....THEY NEVER LET ME LEAVE WITHOUT FINDING WHAT I WANT.....CARLOS IN PRODUCE IS MY MAN AND ALWAYS PICKS OUT EXACTLY WHAT I WANT AND I TOTALLY RELY UPON HIS SELECTION...WE ARE FRIENDS NOW..........THE BUTCHER...THE BAKER......THE FISH MAN.....FRUITS AND VEGGIES ARE ALWAYS DISPLAYED BEAUTIFULY...WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY TO START MY DAY....OH.BY THE WAY .....THE FOOD IS MARVELOUS AND MATCHES THE SERVICE.....THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH......THE MANAGER, ALSO, COULD NOT BE MORE SWEET AND KIND TO ME .........OH ALSO.....THE CHECKOUT STAFF HAVE ALSO BECOME MY FRIENDS........NATURALLY THE FOOD IS THE MOST IMPORTANT BUT IF YOU HAVE A MISERABLE STAFF WORKING FOR YOU, AND MAKING YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO BACK.....COURTESY IS AS IMPORTANT AS THE FOOD...THANX AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING.....MRS.
