I think I might be the longest tenant..4 yrs now with 7 units. The staff over the 4 yrs have been exceptional. The cleanliness and safety have never been a problem with this location. Most recently, Matt was quick to respond to my request. Thank you for all you do!

Matt and Metro Storage went above and beyond to ensure our transfer to their facility went perfectly. They are accessible, friendly, and a great establishment to have a long term relationship with. Additionally, they are supportive of the community!
Matt and Jen are great! This facility is immaculate. Coming from using storage places in the city it’s a breath of fresh air. I had some very specific needs and Matt and Jen were more than flexible and communicative. Don’t look anywhere else if you need a storage unit in Northbrook/Glenview!
Matt was very nice and helpful. He made sure I was taken care of promptly. All around great experience.
