My daughter had a terrible experience here. They did a poor job of managing her pain. And then, in spite of calling monthly for a year, they never filed the claim with my dental insurance. I would have had 2,000 in reimbursement against their rather expensive 3,193 bill, but they were completely unresponsive after they had our money.

I recently needed the services of North Suburban Center for Oral & Facial Surgery, and I am very grateful that my dentist recommended them to me. I had a very complexed problem that could have resulted in permanent facial nerve damage during my treatment, so to say I was petrified is an understatement. When I first contacted the office to make my appointment, we reviewed my situation, potential treatment, and I expressed my fears of what might happen during or after my treatment. I was speaking with Christina, and she was very kind, compassionate and reassuring. I was amazed when I showed up for my appointment because Christina was waiting for me at the door. She remembered our conversation, and she reassured me that everything was going to be okay all the way to the treatment room. Being \experienced\ in life, I didn't think that everyone in the practice could be that amazing...but they are!! The staff actually had me very comfortable and even laughing while they were preparing me for my procedure. Dr. Nick is a thorough and very skilled oral surgeon. He was kind and compassionate, and being aware of my concerns, he took extra time explaining every step of the procedure to me so I was at ease. The end result couldn't have been any better, and I would recommend North Suburban to everyone.

North Suburban is amazing! As being a person that suffers from anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, I can say that I felt at ease from my very first phone call with the office. I was greeting by the exceedingly kind Christina. Christina explained to me what my first steps were and what I could expect from the Doctor she helped me feel less overwhelmed. After speaking with the Dr. Nick, my entire treatment plan was laid out for me, what I could expect leading up to my procedure, during the procedure and my recovery. Dr. Nick was patient and never made me feel rushed when I had questions. North Suburban’s beside manor is second to none. I highly recommend their services to anyone that suffers from dental anxiety like I do.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nickel and could not be happier. I was apprehensive at first, especially because I chose to use general anesthesia. Dr. Nickel explained exactly how everything would go and what to expect. The whole surgery took about 30 minutes and there wasn't any pain. Its now been a month since my wisdom teeth removal and its like they were never even there. I highly recommend Dr. Nickel and his entire office.
