Staff are great! Really clean great facility.

The hallways are really confusing if you don't know how to get around and there are almost only guys over 40 So if you're a teen you'll feel out of place there. They have a good training facility though with all the things you need for all kinds of workout. They have a pool, spa, sauna, gyms, and a hot tub.
